You made level 200, congrats, what are doing here lol, go and celebrate!

Equipment, Skills and Level Points Update Update: I am now using a full Tarbidas Spider set (gloves, sword, armor and shield) along with a Banshee Helm, Boots of Pelacroz, Iron Ring of Fenaz, and a Lezhal set (rune and amulet). Remember as always the best crafted and forging you can afford.

Skills: well I reset again. I now have: Fury, Berserk, Librarian, Adept Learner, Dark Curse, Ignite, Animal Magnitism, and Doubler. saving any points I get from here on in ready for the level 250 buffs.

Khel North:

Arive at 3,13 and in need of one level. Nothing of any excitement here unless you are here during a Legendary Event. If so you'll find four Legendaries here, Greater Flamedeer, Greater Santork Claws, Ursa The Great Bear, and Yellow Spinechomper. If there's no event going on you'll just have the Giant Khel Bears - they have alot of hps, but you''ve dealt with worse. Gain your level and head for the stairs at 4,3

Khel South:

Arriving at 3,11 You have a Quest in this area to do, and again need one level. Critter wise there are more Giant Khel Bears and now Itzsu Goblins aswell. The Itzsu Goblin's attack is relatively low but he makes up for it in damage/defence/armor, don't expect to one hit even with buffs, except maybe if you Wither him. Oh there's an Itzsu Goblin Champion aswell, he needs a bit of a group attack! There are Legendary creatures here during an event aswell, Ursa The Great Bear and the Yellow Spine Chomper. 

Quest: Stolen Meat:

Located at 11,15 The Goblins have stolen some Orca Meat from the natives, will you track them down and fetch it back, of course you will. Now I'll be honest I was despairing of ever getting a drop of this item even with a good FI buff, then suddenly I got three, so persist. The Itzsu Goblin Champion is the guy you need. Get the meat and hand it back, and they'll give you 14.5k gold and more importantly 25k xp

Finish levelling and head for the stairs at 3,4

Khel East:

Arriving at 3,4 not a thing to do except level. The creatures here are the same legendaries as in the south if there's an event happening, otherwise it;s more Itzsu Goblins and some Orcas. The Orca's stats are pretty similiar to the Itzsu Goblins so as long as you are well buffed you should have no trouble taking them in two hits maximum. Once you have your level the stairs are at 12,3

Khel West:

Arriving at 12,4 again it's a nothing special area and only one level needed. Critters are the same legendaries as before, Orcas and Icen Men. The Ice Man has an astounding attack/damage combo, in fact he hits so hard I went back a level and gained mine in the East instead - but if you want to do it here jut be careful.
