Congratulations on Level 180. Time for another small equipment change. I am using a Samaels Void Set, (spear, ring, and boots) with Greshas Rune, Drake Shield, Amulet Of Sidel and a Marpolo Set (gloves, helmet, and armor). Seriously get the best crafted pieces you can, it'll make a difference.

I rest my Level Up Points at Level 182 (which is when I have written this) and they are now as you see below, I really needed to focus on Damage as I've found to my cost, hopefully that's sorted now. ALL of you level up points should be going into Damage from here on. In fact a top level player actually advised me to rest again and put 100% of my level up points into Damage - I thought about it, but I think I'm ok at the minute, I think - up to you to decide which way to go when you reach here.

Attack  175
 Defense 1
 Armor 1
 Damage  189
 HP  5

Skills:

I have now the following and they are doing ok for me;  Rage: 10. Fury:115. Beserk:115. DC:115. EW:115. Lib:115. LD:115. AL:115. FI:95 - the FI is more for the benefit of my Guild as I don't tend to hunt the Elites except to reference them here, you may wish to save your points towards Doubler or AM at level 200.

Level 180

Level 180 Brale North:

OK you should have the map of Brale Cove open in front of you, click for rale and arrive Brale North 7,10 There is a Quest to your immediate right but not much else here. You only need one level and you can move on. Critters wise you have Brale Sabre Serpents and Swamp Wyrms - the Wyrms are definatly the nastier of the pair, be careful, I really struggled with this area, was glad to escape to be honest. I had a play around with my kit and even tried the Banshee Set, it didn't work! The set I am using let's me two hit kill most of the time, I'm not carrying much gold as they keep killing me and helping themself. I found a friend who wasn't online and dumped my gold on them everytime it reached 25k - they sent it back later thankfully, and it saved the Wyrms getting it.

Ok, if you are lucky (or unlucky) you might bump into either The Cursed Samurai (Super Elite) or Steep Nojor (Super Elite) - both need a very heavy group attack so be careful!

Quest Serpent Breakout:

Located at 8,10 The medicine man wants you to kill 20 Brale Sabre Serpents for him (thank goodness it wasn't the wyrms). Kill them, report in and you gain 8,800 gold and 19,300 xp which helps gain that level a little quicker.

Got your level? no well stop reading and get on with it. If you have then head for the stairs at 4,2

Level 181

Level 181 Brale South:

Arriving at 5,2 there's a nice little relic your guild wil love at 8,9 - good place to stop and let your stamina recharge

Now, you have the same critters as in Brale North and they hit at about the same. I was still struggling so I reset my level up points and focused them in Attack and Damage - wow the difference! Now I can one hit kill these rotten things... Gain a level and head for the stairs at 13,3

Level 182

Level 182 Brale East:

Arriving at 8,2 one quest for you to do here. The Swamp Wyrms are still managable but they've added in the Krocalint - his damage is amazing, if he swings at you I suggest you duck! Personally I left them alone and concentrated on the Wyrms still, seems to be enough around. The Cursed Samurai (Super Elite) hangs out here aswell, and I even saw him once... Do your quest and head for the stairs at 5,9 once you have your level.

Quest Mystery Ruins:

Located at 15,2 You are in a tavern (I wish) when you over hear talk of some ruins to the west, and decide to visit them. The ruins are in Brale West at 8,8 and the quest can't be completed until you are level 184 so just accept the quest for now and check back for the instructions when you are the appropriate stage.

Level 183

Level 183 Brale West:

Arrive at 3,3 Nothing to do here until after you have gained your level and then you can finish that quest. Critters - Desolators and Krocalints mixed with the occasional Desolator (Champion). The champions need a small group attack, but I basically stuck to the Desolators at the Krocalints were still a bit heavy for me.

Made level 184 and finished your quest? well now you need to walk back through all the levels of Brale back up to Brale Cove - fun eh!

Quest Mystery Ruins:

You locate the ruins and try to read the inscription but are ambushed and need to kill the 6 Desolators before you can continue reading. Do it, and finish reading... basically it tells you to go find a key, luckily we know where the key is, it's at Brale West 14,13 go get it!

Take the key back to the ruins and you'll find a door, open it with the key and you'll get a Sword of Brale and 19,800 xp.

Level 184

Level 184 Angal Caves North:

So, we are at Brale Cove, click for Angal Caves and arrive Angal Caves North 4,10 No features of interest to be found. Lots of Flesh Locust Swarms and a few Cave Wights, the wights are no bother, but those blasted swarms ... I lost so much gold to them I was despairing! Get every buff you can manage including doubler so you can get out quick! Dump your gold often on someone you trust or they will just take it from you. I found I had to repair after every 3 battles.. sometimes more often. They are unpredicatable, you may beat 5 then the next 5 kill you, or you may get hit every other time. TRY to one hit kill, and just get it over with. Good Luck!

Escape route is at 10,8 when you are ready.

Level 185

Angal Caves South:

Arriving at 8,9 and finally a respite, only Cave Wights here and they are no bother, take your time, have a break... gain your level and when you feel refreshed head for the stairs at 14,4

Quest The Wights Tombs:

Located at 2,5 You find a tomb and read the inscription which leads to you being attacked (what a surprise) - kill 10 Cave Wights and come back - no bother... Now finish reading how clever you are on the tomb before it cracks open and gives you a Lithnal The Reds Armor - when I did it this armor was seriously cheap on the AH, so it's upto you if you want to bother or not, but it will count towards the (new as I write) quest medals if you are working on thm.

Level 186

Level 186 Pelsar Canyon North:

Arrive at 14,5 No quests and one one critter - the Cacti Cat, and he's not small and fluffy! The hps on the critters is getting higher now, this one has an average of 3000. Combine that with a hefty attack/damage combo and you could be in trouble. You really need to have your Attack and Armor over 1000 and your Damage at about 1500 minimum.

Wither and Conserve are good buffs to start thinking about right now as you'll be highly unlikely to kill these critters in one hit. These two buffs can actually save you alot of stamina, more stamina to use = more critters killed and more gold in hand! Spend to gain...

Once you gain your level the stairs are at 3,5

Equipment Update:

I've now traded up to a Banshee Set which combined with Ferals Gauntlets, Amulet Of Sidel, Shield of Uandil, Greshas Rune, and Iron Ring of Fenaz seem to be helping.

Level 187

Level 187 Pelsar Canyon South:

Arrive at 3,2 No Quests, plenty of Cacti Cats, and the new critter is a Nazum - his hp is about the same as the Cacti cat, but he's got a mean Defence, he takes some killing, was taking me 3/4 kills without the additional buffs but only 1/2 with the wither and conserve.

Gained your level? head for the stairs at 14,9

Level 188

Level 188 Pesar Canyon East:

Arrive at 2,2 there's a portal at 8,14 but you have no use for it yet. No quests to do, just a level to gain.

More Nazums and now the Pelsar Ogre aswell. He's not got much damage, but he does have a blooming good Attack amd Armor, make sure you keep getting those buffs! There's a champion version of the pelsar Ogre aswell, he needs a group attack - pretty hefty stats on him so the help will be needed.

Got your level? stairs at 13,3

Level 189

Level 189 Pelsar Canyon West:

Arrive at 2,3 and you need one level here again. Two critters, the Pelsar Ogres and now Thunder Birds, their defence is high but they don't have the damage/attack combo of critters you've dealt with previously. If you are fully buffed you should be ok. As always I'd advise against carrying too much gold, find someone you trust to hold it for you, and remember to repair often.

Quest - Smoke Signal:

Located at 13,11 - A mother and child being terrosrised by ogres, can you kill them? yes you can, 15 to be precise, so do it! Return to make sure they are safe and you'll gain 3,800 gold and 19,500 xp

Levelled yet? Made 190? Good head for the stairs back up through Pelsar to Pelsar Canyon North 3,12 and the Jehlmar Flats.
